Our staff are highly trained and experienced in caring for older adults. They are dedicated to providing our residents with individualised care that meets their specific needs. We also have a full-time activities coordinator who plans a variety of activities to keep our residents engaged and entertained. We also have a full time in house physiotherapy team to ensure our residents stay in the best shape possible.

We are located in the quiet Herefordshire town of Kington, close to amenities such as shops, restaurants and parks. About Us

The Garth was founded back in 1988 and has been going from strength to strength ever since. Our mission is to make your family – our family. The Garth is situated in the historic market town of Kington which has retained much of its original charm and with it a more leisurely pace of life. Residents can benefit from the balance of the peace and quiet of the countryside and the occasional bustle of a small market town and the amenities on offer. Kington is a close-knit community, faces soon become familiar and strangers often become friends.
